- First add all spices in chicken and mix well then add 2 tbsp oil and marinate it for 30 mins or an hour.
- Then put 1 tbsp oil in pan or karahi and add 1 medium size onion in it and cook until it look golden brown then add marinated chicken and cook for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins let it down cool and meanwhile cut the edges of bread and spread 1 tbsp mayo and ketchup over the bread.
- Now add 2 tbsp mayo and ketchup in chicken and mix well and spread 1 tbsp filling on bread then cover it with another slice and your sandwiches are ready to serve.
