- Boiled aalu ko mash kre.
- Chopped tomatoes, onion, green chilies, kasoori methi etc..
- Masala tayaar kre.
- Sare masale dal kr aalu mix kre tayaar h aalu ka bharta.
- Ek bde bowl me aata nd share masale mix kr dough bna le 10-15 minutes dhak kr rakhe.
- Aise pooriya tal le nd sarv kre saath curd sarv kre or chopped ginger slices or coriander leaves se aloo k bhrtey ko garnish krein or serve krein.
