  11. It's 1/2 of carom seeds.
  12. You need 2 of eggs.
  13. Prepare of Coriander leaves and mint leaves chopped.
  14. It's 2 of green chillies chopped.
  15. It's 1 TSP of Ginger.
  16. You need 5 cloves of garlic.
  17. You need of Oil.

Chicken Shaami Kebab step by step

  1. Pressure cook the chana dal along with the chicken and whole spices. Don't put too much of water as we will be discarding it anyway..
  2. Strain and keep aside to cool.
