- Method of dough... -Take bowl ; add all purpose flour (maida), salt & ghee.
- Knead it (ghund lyn) with required water.
- Make dough ; leave it for 1 hour (1 ghnty ke lye chor dyn).
- METHOD of masala... -Take pan ; add butter, crushed ginger and garlic.
- Zeera, salt, coriander powder.
- & red chillies -Stir it (chamcha hilyn) -Add mashed potatoes.

- Fry it in pre-Heated oil on medium flame till golden brown.
