  1. Method of dough... -Take bowl ; add all purpose flour (maida), salt & ghee.
  2. Knead it (ghund lyn) with required water.
  3. Make dough ; leave it for 1 hour (1 ghnty ke lye chor dyn).
  4. METHOD of masala... -Take pan ; add butter, crushed ginger and garlic.
  5. Zeera, salt, coriander powder.
  6. & red chillies -Stir it (chamcha hilyn) -Add mashed potatoes.
  7. Cook it ; add garam masala (all spices) and cook again -let it cool.
  8. Sprinkle all purpose flour on counter ; Make balls of dough ; thick roll it (mota bail lyn).
  9. Add 1 tbsp masala in it & make bag and again roll it little bit (masala dal kar ; potali bana lyn aur thora bail lyn).
  10. Fry it in pre-Heated oil on medium flame till golden brown.
  11. Dish out and enjoy.
