- You need 1,1 tbsp of Soya sauce, Chilli Sauce and white vinegar.
- It's of Samosa patti : 2 pack almost.
- Prepare of Paste (All purpose flour/ maida + Water/ pani) : as required.

- Take pot ; add oil, carom seeds (ajwain), Cumin seeds (zeera).
- And stir ; add salt, onions (pyaz).
- Add cabbage and saute ; add green chillies julienne cut.
- Add tomatoes and cook till water removes ; add shredded chicken.
- Cook on high flame, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, boiled macaroni.
- Add black pepper, Cook for few minutes, let it cool.
- Take samosa patti, madiay ki paste and filling.
- Fold samosa patti.
- Filling and stick with paste.
- Make 4 dozen samosas ; Can be frozen in freezer.
- Fry on pre heated oil till golden brown.
