- Soaked black chanay in water for over night. add 1/2 tsp Meetha soda.
- Next day rinse water n add new tap water n boil it.. remove foams which appears on top..
- Take another pot n add chopped onion. fry it till translucent. add tomato and garlic paste.
- After bhunai. add salt.
- When chanay become soft add imli paste and covered the pot..
- After 5-8 min its ready to serve. Garnish with Coriander leaves chillies n lemon slice.
