  1. Soaked black chanay in water for over night. add 1/2 tsp Meetha soda.
  2. Next day rinse water n add new tap water n boil it.. remove foams which appears on top..
  3. Take another pot n add chopped onion. fry it till translucent. add tomato and garlic paste.
  4. After bhunai. add salt.
  5. When chanay become soft add imli paste and covered the pot..
  6. After 5-8 min its ready to serve. Garnish with Coriander leaves chillies n lemon slice.
  7. Final look.
